New Senior Prefect Team Announced for 2026–27

St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School is proud to announce its new Senior Prefect Team for the 2026–27 academic year.
Following a rigorous selection process, the school has appointed Henry as Head Boy and Lois as Head Girl. They will be supported by Deputy Head Boys Ethan and Ben and Deputy Head Girls Lottie and Tia.
The new team will take over from the outgoing Senior Prefects, led by Head Boy Josh and Head Girl Eve, who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, commitment and service throughout the year. Together, the Senior Prefect Team has made a significant contribution to school life and has been an excellent example to younger students.
Reflecting on his year in office, outgoing Head Boy Josh said:
"It has been a privilege to serve as Head Boy and represent our school community. I am incredibly proud of what our Senior Prefect Team has achieved together, and I know Henry, Lois and the new team will continue to lead with enthusiasm, dedication and compassion. I wish them every success for the year ahead."
Outgoing Head Girl Eve added:
"Being Head Girl has been an unforgettable experience. I have enjoyed working alongside students and staff to make a positive difference within our school. I am confident that the new Senior Prefect Team will embrace every opportunity to lead by example and inspire others."
Headteacher Mr Dumican congratulated the newly appointed student leaders and thanked the outgoing team for their service.
He said, "Our Senior Prefects are excellent ambassadors for St Edmund Arrowsmith. They demonstrate our mission through their actions, service and commitment to others. As we look ahead to the new academic year, I am delighted to welcome Henry, Lois, Ethan, Ben, Lottie and Tia to their new roles. I know they will continue to live out our mission statement through our ACTIONS.
The school would like to thank Josh, Eve and the entire outgoing Senior Prefect Team for their dedication and hard work throughout the year. We look forward to seeing the new Senior Prefect Team build on their achievements and continue to make a positive impact on school life during 2026–27.
