Hours of Work: 37 hours per week: (Mon – Thurs: 8.00am – 4.00pm / Friday: 8.00am – 3.30pm): Term-time + 1 week (39 weeks) / Lunch 30 minutes
Salary: G6: SCP 14-20 (£29,540 - £32,597 (Full time salary). Approximate pro-rata (actual) salary £25,296 - £27,914 (Hourly rate £15.31 - £16.89)

The Governors of St Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic High School are offering a unique opportunity to appoint a Numeracy Intervention Provider to join our Maths Department. The aim of this role is to provide bespoke support plans for individual pupils/small groups and assisting small groups within Maths lessons.
We welcome applications from candidates who possess a Maths qualification ranging from A Level up to graduate level; a specialist Maths teacher, a HLTA or Learning Mentor.
It is essential that the successful candidate is an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, conscientious, and understanding of the varying circumstances that occur within a school environment. Although no previous experience of working in a school is essential, the successful candidate must be willing to undergo training as necessary. The ability to work on their own, using their own initiative and as part of a team is a crucial part of this role, along with having resilience and a sense of humour!
