Congratulations to our Year 9 girls’ rugby team, who put in a fantastic performance yesterday. They competed in a challenging group against St Mary’s, Standish and Bedford, and came out on top to win the group stage.

In the semi-final they faced Rainford and narrowly missed out on a place in the final after a hard-fought match.

We are incredibly proud of every player for the grit, determination and passion for rugby they showed throughout the tournament.

A special mention also goes to Tiana, who made her debut for the team. Well done to you all!
